Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 1 day from the date of receiving.
Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.
Only products purchased directly from us are eligible for returns. -
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on Messenger.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
Send the product to the address provided by our customer service team. -
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return of the product. -
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, the refund will be issued to the original payment method (if the customer has already paid, please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed).
If the customer wishes to return the package after 1 day from the date of receiving, an additional $50 shipping fee will be charged. -
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order. -
Damaged or Defective Products:

Incomplete Orders:
