Exclusions from Warranty

  • The product is beyond the warranty period.
  • The product is damaged due to improper use or handling during use.
  • The customer has tampered with the product or stored it incorrectly, causing damage.

Conditions for Return or Full Refund (100%)

  • The product is found to be defective due to the supplier’s fault.
  • The product does not match what the customer ordered on our website.

Note:

  • Customers must return or exchange the product within 7 business days from the time of receiving the product.
  • The returned or exchanged product must be in its original condition, with the labels, packaging, and box intact as when the customer first received it.
